UNCOUPLING is a fixed price mediation FDR service designed to help you decide the sharing of assets – the Financial Plan – and make shared arrangements for the care and well-being of your children – the Parenting Plan – when your relationship ends.

The Financial Plan is an agreement you have come to fairly, both parties satisfied with the outcome. It does not have to be adversarial or conflict-driven. We will take into account all the assets including property, possessions, superannuation and investments.

The Parenting Plan is an agreement designed around the day-to-day life of the children, their wellbeing, time they will spend with each parent, their education, their health, always considering “The Best Interests of the Child.”
